The “Brew | Bite | Build – GMM 2025” was held on October 16, 2025 at Third Space Innovation, bringing together architects, designers, and entrepreneurs for a night of creativity, learning, and connection.
The event featured live demonstrations on coffee and cocktail making by Clayton Paul Munar and Vincent Dela Cruz, followed by a panel discussion with leading voices from architecture and the restaurant industry — Ar. Nina Santamaria, Chef Alvin Ong, Lizette Silayan, Ar. Florencio Sebastian III, and Ar. Achilles Fabio Cortes. The panel shared insights on entrepreneurship, restaurant design, and balancing creative practice with business ventures.
