On 17 November 2025, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) formally welcomed the newly appointed members of the Professional Regulatory Boards of Architecture and Pharmacy through an official oath-taking ceremony held at the PRC–NCR Office in Cyberpod 2, Eton Centris. The oath was administered by PRC Chairperson Hon. Charito A. Zamora, in the presence of Commissioners Hon. Erwin M. Enad and Hon. Conrado T. Onglao. Witnessing the event were Hon. Robert M. Mirafuente, Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture, alongside representatives from the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) and the Philippine Pharmacists Association, Inc. (PPhA).
A significant highlight for the UAP Diliman Chapter was the oath-taking of Hon. Arch. Lynnda Marie B. Laraya, a Fellow Dilimaner, as the newest Member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture (PRBOA), together with Hon. Arch. Miguel C. Guerrero III. Hon. Arch. Laraya was joined by her close friends—Ar. Malu, Ar. Tina Puno, and Ar. Kathreen “Katz” Odulio—who are also Past Presidents of the UAP Diliman Chapter. Their presence underscored the chapter’s strong tradition of leadership, service, and contribution to national professional governance, marking the occasion as a moment of pride and honor for the Diliman Chapter and the architectural profession.
