UAP Diliman’s General Membership Meeting No. 2, held on August 30, 2025, was a full-day experience focused on team building, holistic leadership, and wellness integration. Hosted at The Third Space Innovation in Quezon City, the event gathered members for a dynamic day of learning and play.

The program opened with official ceremonies and energizers. To kick off the day’s activities, participants played a lively and engaging dodgeball game—a physical warm-up that brought out everyone’s competitive spirit and teamwork. This was followed by the “Unity Ball” activity and a temperament-based team dynamic workshop that allowed members to better understand themselves and one another.
Facilitated by ONE FAM, the activities included group games, guided sharing, and plenary discussions. Reflection sessions delved into topics like “Start with Why,” Levels of Motivation, Empathy, and Flexibility in Teams.
GT Stone Works also delivered a brief presentation as an industry partner, reinforcing the connection between the professional and allied sectors.
The afternoon was filled with deeper learning through interactive lectures, games (like the “Baka Game”), video-watching, and a vulnerability-focused session that encouraged members to reflect on personal leadership.
The event closed with reports, acknowledgments, and a light-hearted karaoke session—a symbol of joy and shared celebration. It served as a beautiful reminder that meaningful leadership is built not just on skill, but also on connection, courage, and community.
This initiative fully aligned with the UAP National Thrust of Visionary Initiatives, Member Empowerment, and Justice to the Profession, proving that when architects come together with intention, they don’t just build structures—they build each other.
