We would like to invite you to UAP Diliman’s upcoming Arkitekbo this coming August 15, 2026 at the UP Diliman Oval. Arkitekbo was pioneered back in 2015 under the time of Past President Nap Ibanez that gathered friends and family to have a fun run around UP Diliman Oval.
We will be revisiting Arkitekbo as a walking/running program of UAP Diliman that brings together architects, colleagues and friends to get moving and enjoy an active and stress relieving evening. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, this beginner friendly session is for you to get started!
Participants will be guided through proper warm-up and cool-down stretches together with simple running drills and exercises that can also be practiced at home to improve fitness and prevent injuries
