| On January 10, 2026, UAP QC Diliman Chapter member Ar. Marie Stephanie Magdalena N. Gilles, FUAP, received her Narra Award trophy as part of the “50 Notable Architects” recognition in celebration of the 50 Golden Years of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP). While the formal recognition ceremonies were held in April 2025 at Solaire Resort & Casino, the physical awarding of the trophy took place at the UAP Headquarters after the recipient was reminded during the General Membership Meeting of the UAP College of Fellows. The Narra Award symbolizes strength, integrity, and creative excellence in Philippine architecture and was artfully designed by Ar. Royal Christopher Pineda, FUAP. The awarding event and its related activities were sponsored by Boysen Paints Philippines. The trophy was formally handed over by UAP National President Ar. Jonathan V. Manalad, FUAP, representing both the jury and the organizing committee that facilitated the milestone event. The UAP QC Diliman Chapter recognizes this distinction as a testament to the professional excellence and lasting contribution of its member to the architectural profession.
