The DPWH has officially endorsed the Supreme Court’s final ruling that only licensed architects may prepare, sign, and seal architectural documents. This directive mandates all Building Officials to strictly enforce compliance, ensuring that architectural plans bear the signature and seal of registered architects. This marks a significant step in upholding professional standards and reinforcing the role of architects in nation-building.
