The United Architects of the Philippines Diliman Chapter held its August General Membership Meeting through a fellowship event entitled “Game, Match & Mingle” at Limbaga 77, Quezon City.
Hosted and prepared by Ar. Renzo Gil Bien, Young Architects Committee Director and Ar. Rafael Sta. Maria, LSD & Education Committee Director, the game night registration opened at 6:00 PM, allowing members to settle in, reconnect, and mingle comfortably before the night’s activities officially started. The warm and relaxed atmosphere made it a lovely opportunity to see both familiar faces and new members joining the chapter’s growing community.
The program began with a buffet dinner, allowing attendees to eat, mingle and settle comfortably before the games started.

The atmosphere offered a warm welcome to new members while giving members the chance to reconnect with familiar colleagues and friends.
The first activity of the night was The Match Game, which featured questions about the Chapter President, Vice Presidents, and other officers of UAP Diliman. The game served as an icebreaker and gave participants the chance to earn bonus points for their respective teams before the main team games began. It also helped members become more familiar with the chapter’s leadership while setting an energetic tone for the evening.
The program continued with Jeopardy, a quiz-style game where teams selected categories and answered questions to earn points. Table 1, composed of seasoned members, won the Jeopardy round and demonstrated strong teamwork and recall.
This was followed by Family Feud, a survey-style game where teams competed by guessing the most common answers to different prompts. Table 5, composed of new members, emerged as the winner of this round, bringing enthusiasm and strong participation from the chapter’s newest members.
Beyond the friendly competition, the August GMM highlighted the importance of fellowship within the chapter. The event brought together old and new faces, creating a space where seasoned architects and new members could interact, collaborate, and build stronger connections within the UAP Diliman community.
